I use Gripmaster leather grips.  My hands sweat a lot.  With these I do not wear a glove (only sometimes when it is cold).  They are very tacky.  When they become less tacky you rub them down with a wet towel and dry them and they become super tacky again instantly.  They appear to be expensive but when you start doing the math they are not. I bought these grips when they were on sale in 2011 and they came in at $15 each. or 13 clubs x $15 = $195.  I still use them all and don't see a need to change them in the near future.  So currently my expense per year for the grips are $15 per grip / 4 years = $3.75 per grip per year.  I don't think I am going to have to swap these out soon so the expense is not done dropping. With a rubber grip I have to wear a glove.  They last 2 years and I swap them all at once. In any year I would go through 4 gloves easily.  At $15 each that's $60. Rubber Grips are easily $6 each x 13 = $78 For 2 years the grips and glove total cost are Grips $78  For 2 years gloves cost 60 x 2 or 120 78 + 120 = 198.  198 / 2 (years) =  99  / 13 (clubs) $7.616  grip expense per year. I am definitely not telling you to get leather grips.  In fact most of my friends do not like my grips.  My hands are pretty tough by the end of the golf season.  BUT it is something to consider.  If you are considering it I would suggest getting one grip to try out before you swap them all over.  If your hands sweat and you end up with nasty gross gloves I might more seriously consider it.

I had a set of Wilson Staff irons about 35 years ago that came with leather grips. Those grips actually lasted me about 10 years. Once a year I would wipe them down with a product made for baseball gloves and it worked great.
