Hi guys just wondering how frequently do you guys change your spikes in your shoes. When you do change them do you change all of them at once or just the ones that are worn/broken? Also which brand do you prefer to use? Thanks

I replace my spikes probable every two months, which is not enough. I buy them at WalMart, I think they are Spiders. I miss the metal spike days, except for slipping on concrete.

I am the exact opposite of edk. I changed my spikes for the first time this year with my current shoes. The originals lasted almost 2 yrs. I replaced them all.

I change mine probably every 18-20 rounds per shoe but they are cleaned after every round. But that means taking out each spike and then cleaning the shoe completely. I'm OCD about my shoes if you can't tell.

I have 6 or 7 pairs of playing shoes, one pair of practice shoes that the spikes get changed every month.

I prefer Black Widows in all my FJ classics. But have tried Champs spikes in my Adidas 360's and actually like them when it's dry out. They feel like they can grip on harder terrain. While the BW's will hold on to anything, including carpet!
