Please Choose Good Thread Titles

The title says it all (which, given the topic, it should).

Examples of good thread titles:

  • Difference in Grind on Titleist and Mizuno Wedges
  • 2014 World Series Discussion
  • TV Ad says Callaway Irons 20 Yards Longer?
  • World's Fastest Golf Cart
  • Tender Elbow - Causes and Cures for Golfers

Examples of lousy or easily improved thread titles:

  • Please help me!
  • New irons
  • Holy cow check this out!
  • What do you think about…

We care not only about keeping things on topic ( ), but in having good topic titles as well.

If you see a thread that could use a better title, flag the first post in the thread (do not mark it as being held for moderation) and suggest a title. It'll look like this:
