Not a bad swing from what I can see. It's probably mechanically better than mine, as indicated by the better handicap so I shouldn't really be talking.

But one thing that I did pick up on was that your knees have almost no flex in them. Also you don't bend from the hips much either. Maybe that is because you may be using clubs too long for you and from what I can see you are 14 so that shouldn't be a problem for long. But I wouldn't take my opinion too seriously.
Also wear a shirt next time

Ditto on the shirt.

You're swinging for distance and if you can keep it in play go hard. Lots of sway in the swing but again that's coming from wanting to hit it too hard. We all want to hit it hard so it's natural. Lots of lag and power.

I'm going to guess your misses are to the right. as in a slice or a straight pull left.

Swing = Stacked and On Plane when possible.

keep your head still. Just place the mouse curser over your head as your swinging and see how much it's moving. Also try to keep your hands slightly behind the ball.

- legs are too straight at address which means that weight shift will be made more difficult during swing.
- balance needs some work. On some swings it seems as though you are falling forwards.
- arms are too stiff which means release of club during swing is going to be inhibited and misses are going to be predominantly to the right.
- work on your tempo and rhythm. Much easier to control clubhead when there has been a smooth acceleration rather as opposed to a sudden one.

I think the aerodynamics of your bare nipples were totally messing your swing up. Might want to try it with a shirt on, or were you just airing out the guns?

Seriously though, way too upright in your stance. Little to no bend at all, anywhere. Add a little knee flex and bend at your hips. Keep your head still and try to take some of the lateral movement out of your swing. Focus on coiling with all your weight on the inside of your trailing foot.
