4. Once you celebrate -- five to 10 seconds, max --stop! Let it go and move to the next shot. Good emotions can cloud your focus as easily as bad ones.

Can't say I've celebrated a bogey before, but a good par save is worth being excited about at my level. It's all about the circumstances of the moment.

I couldn't celebrate a bogey! But I've been known to do a jumping mid air chest bump on particularly important pars! What can I say... I'm easily excited!
