New ideas in the fitness world.  For years aerobic advice was heart rate at, what 80%, for 20 minutes was best. Now, short bursts  of 99% intensity activity for 1 (?) minute, then rest is considered more beneficial for many folks. Go like hell for a minute, then walk it off, then go again. 3X per week.  etc
