Welcome to the forum @anderjam .  I edited your post to imbed the video. Just putting the URL causes the system to hold your post as possible spam.  In the future, just copy the video url and use the video icon on the toolbar.  It looks like two sections of film.

Below is a screen shot of you at A5.5 to A6.5.  A5 is the position of your lead arm being parallel to the ground and A6 is the shaft parallel to the ground.  The screen shot shows you are coming over the top (left photo) and then moving your head back (right photo) to compensate so you will not miss the ball.  You are not moving your head before that point, at least as seen from behind.

I can't tell without a face on photo, but it may be because you are not getting your weight forward enough during the downswing.

A face on shot would help too.  This drill and the other weight forward drills are a great start.  If you get consistent at Key 2, it is easier to improve the other Keys.  Best of luck.

It looks like a strip of camera film.
