Hi everyone. I've been reading these forums a lot recently in preparation of the summer season starting here in Scotland. Currently I'm away with work so can't get to the range but we have a skypro at my place of work, so gave it a bash for the first time. Iv been quite intrigued with the stack and tilt technique and set up for that when swinging. My stats all seemed reasonably average apart from two. According to the app my wrists at the top of backswing are 'very bowed' (averaged 20degrees (should be between 45 and 60)) and my takeaway angle is 'very inside' (18degree (should be around 0)) I think I understand the coming inside to much. I think I do this to try stop myself going over the top. But I'm not quite sure what it means by very vowed wrists and how to sort this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions or suffered the same issue? Thanks Nick [IMG][IMG] [/IMG][/IMG]

How do you know your wrist is very bowed? Just because this little device says so? Do you have any confirmation of that?
