Anyone use them before?? It seems like a nice concept, it says I need to wait until 6pm tonight ( 5:30 now ) to see tomorrows tee times.. The pricing seems much cheaper than if I went to directly to the course.

Comments?? reviews??

Thanks guys.

Yes, I use them. Along with golfus.com and teeitup.com. Lastminutegolfer has some additional features like a area to post simple messages and they try to keep track of tournaments (scrambles and such). None of the online sites have all of the local golf courses but these 3 seem to cover quite a few near me.

Have you ever tried the sites where you don't have to purchase a certain tee time??
There are ones where you can save 50% off the tee times, but it doesn't have to be a certain time...

bumping this thread up to see if folks use this or other sites mentioned, or if there are others out there worth looking into these days.

I use lastminutegolfer.com, it serves its purpose (online tee time rsvn), but haven't looked into anything else.

Would be especially interested to know what sites offer the best deals, etc.

I've used lastminutegolfer several times. There's quite a few courses in this area, and I'm usually really flexible with my tee times. I've never had any problem using it.

I generally try to avoid using it when there's a chance it may be raining. If you have a tee time for 9:00.... even if it is pouring down rain, thundering/lightning, you still have to be at the course at 9:00 to get a rain check.

Lately I've found only a couple of the courses around here actually give you a good discount with it though. Often the courses rates will be something like $50 before 1pm, and $40 after 1pm.

With LastMinuteGolfer, I might be able to get 12:45 for $40. It's not worth the "hassle" to me just so I can tee off 15 minutes earlier.
