Welcome to the site, you have a nice swing. Do you have any face on videos? Please try to post if you can. At address I'd like to see you stand a little taller (but still keep the eyes/chin down) and add some knee flex.

When i look at my swing on the video i see that my ball is not in the middle of my stance. This is not intentional

For most shots it should be forward of the middle of your stance.

I'd like to see you turn your feet out at address and make a much bigger hip turn.

Your feet are square, knees turned inward and this makes it difficult for you to turn. Turning the feet out will free up your pivot.

What do you mean by most shots? Could you be more specific?

For the driver it should be well forward.

For a stock mid-iron it'll be a ball or two back of the lead shoulder. Then a ball or two back for shorter clubs.

Even for these flighted wedges shots I play the ball a little forward of the middle of my stance.
