Question for the Gurus out there. Any noticeable differences between the Calloway Super Soft vs Nike PD Softs? The Nikes are about $5 a dozen cheaper but have liked using the SuperSofts

The Callaway feels much softer. The Nike is closer to the Titleist DT Solo. The Callaway feels jumpy and when you bounce it on hard ground almost sounds like one of those superballs you play with as a kid. Performance-wise, they're not really a big difference. I liked the Nike PD Soft when I used to play that level of ball.

I don't know what you're looking for in a golf ball but I did recently find a new-near Callaway Super Soft while looking for my partner's ball.  Decided to hit it a few times.  My observation is that it's REALLY soft.  It almost makes no noise when you hit it.  Around the greens it felt like I was chipping and putting with a rubberized ball and not a golf ball.

For me, it's the softest feeling ball I've ever struck with with a club.  WAY too soft for my taste.

BOTH are great balls!! My problem is i cant decide which one i like better. As far as differences go, heres my observations: nike is is brighter both in white and yellow, nike flies just a tad lower and gets its stopping power on the greens from both trajectory and spin where as the supersoft seems to get its stopping power with mainly its high trajectory. Distance wise i have seen no discernible difference amd the nike seems a little more lively off the putter not in a bad way just different. My problem as mentioned earlier is I LOVE BOTH AND IM A ONE GOLF BALL KINDA GUY.
