If you shake it does it rattle? That could just be a piece of epoxy or something. If you have to hit it on something to make the sound I’d be concerned the shaft is splintering somewhere. -

Day 1: Hit putts of varying lengths with the metronome. Worked on tempo and getting consistent backswing and through swing lengths. -
