This was from earlier this year or late last year during the Singapore Open when Spieth was in Asia. The reddit post says people were taking photos while he was on the tee and he asks, "Does anyone have a camera?" How anyone got off a shot in silence, I don't know.

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

When I attended a USGA Women's Amateur a decade or so ago, we pretty much had free rein to go wherever we wanted.  I believe that universally everyone was respectful of the golfers and did their best to not encroach on the play.

Unfortunately, in a pro event, it seems like a very bad idea, at least in the USA.
