I got fitted for Titleist AP1 irons with 1/4 in. extended shafts, and Dynamic Gold S 300 shafts.  I was wondering if i should put those same shafts with the same specs on my wedges ( 50 degree, 56 degree, 60 degree)

Depends on the wedges. If it is the gap wedge provided to you in the AP1 set then yes.

If it is a set of Titliest SM or another brand of wedges then maybe depending if they fit you on pitch shots and full shots.
