This is in the UK, Goodwood is the name of the course I think. You'd expect to see Bobby Jones walking out of one of these, with hickory clubs in the wickets.

For context, Goodwood is an English estate house which, in addition to its golf course, is best known for hosting the Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival motorsports events for vintage cars and motorcycles. Not only are the vehicles are from the '40s and '50s, but most visitors dress in period-appropriate clothing, too.

The carts are very appropriate to the estate's theme.
