Having problems with after impact extension please look at my face on iron swing

I've been Playing Golf for: 
My current handicap index or average score is: 
My typical ball flight is: straight
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: push

some new swings videos...

having problems with too flat of a shoulder plane in the downswing

even though i come from the inside, the flat shoulder plane leads to an open face leading to blocks or flip hooks

any advice? if you look at hiroshi iwata's swing i posted you can see that his shoulder plane is vertical after impact
