question on distance

I need help understanding some of the numbers I received while hitting into a bay at a local golf store.

This numbers were accomplished using a 10.5 degree driver with a regular flex shaft with around 30 swings.

Ball speed 140.0 MPH

Launch angle 15.0 Degrees

Carry distance 222.0 yards

Roll distance 16.0 feet

Total distance 227.33 yards

Why so little roll distance and should i change to a stiffer shaft and add more or less loft.

Using Flightscope Trajectory Optimizer you should be getting 235 to 238 carry and upwards of 240-245 total depending on ground conditions.

My best guess is you are miss hitting the ball and adding a ton of backswing. You could be also hitting down on the ball too much. It's hard to say with out seeing your swing. With 140 mph ball speed you should be over 230 yards carry. Even at 3700-4000 spin you should get over your 222 yards carry.
