Today I played and noticed my clubs have been going to significantly farther. For example my pitching wedge which usually goes 135 was going 145. I feel that my club distances are keeping me from going from a 3 handicap to a 1 or scratch. What is a good way to figure out your distances other than going out and hitting shots from the fairway. (can't do this because my member guest is happening soon and the course is very busy)

Get to a range or a trackman somewhere.  Hit 20 shots that you are comfortable with (not skulled, though at your handicap I'm not as concerned about that) and get a good average distance for each club.  I would probably do 3 clubs each session and go through your whole bag, starting with a long wood (maybe driver, maybe 3 wood, whatetver you're comfortable with), a middle iron (5 or 6?) and then your 9i or PW or something.

Then fill in the rest of your clubs as time allows.
