In the spring time I am hopefully going to be able to swing into blades finally. I was up in the air between getting a used set of Mizuno MP 14s or reshafting my dads Ben Hogan Apex ('98-02) to steel.

Reshafting should cost roughly $70.
Mizunos Should cost betwwen $115 to $150.

Just wanted to hear your opinions on this.

I would definitely go with Mizunos they pretty much put out the best forged irons. any of the mp series are great. the form forging process is one of the best out there

You can't go wrong with the Mizuno's. I would also consider the MP-29.
