I got to hit the G20s at a demo day a few years back, and they felt OK.

Many months later, I got to hit the G25 and i25 side-by-side. I was more impressed with the G25 in the R-flex, than the G20. But, I took no notes on the G20, so memories are vague.

I surveyed reviews and YouTube clips which compare the two models, but no one described any differences that were earth-shattering.

Hit them side by side - get some launch data if you can - and make your choice from there.

Are both the G20 and G25 sets the same color code for lie angle? One may have a lie angle that fits you better.

I play the g25s and love them but as @WUTiger has said I would lean towards the color and lie angle that fits your swing. If you do not know which is for you and you cannot have a proper fitting there is a static fitting chart for Ping.

Each year since I got the g2s I have gone to demo day with an open mind and have yet to find another brand/line that I like better. However I am excited about new titleist irons. Additionally, I have found that originally the 5-pw was sufficient for me but lately I wish I has at least a 4 iron and maybe even a 3. Hybrids are great replacements but I struggle with solid contact in the rough with hybrids when the ball is down.

You might contact one of the golf stores that has online sales. They might be able to find a G25 4i in shaft and lie to match your set.
