Clubhouse re-build

Long shot, I know, but I serve on the board of directors of a private club which lost its clubhouse in the Sonoma County wildfires.  Wondering if anyone has been through this before and, if so, whether you could reach out to me privately to discuss the process and pitfalls offline.  Thanks!

[Club Rat]

A clubhouse burned to the ground last winter and is going through rebuilding in our area.
The process is very tedious and long with reaching a settlement with insurance, building design, then construction. Time frame ???

I can only speak from construction experience, pending local contractors availability.
Owners select an Architect and a designer. 4-6 months 
Bids are then quoted from contractor's. 2 months
Construction begins and work is generally completed months after projected timeframe. 16 - 24 months or longer with change orders

Pending details of furnishings needed to purchase. final touches will still be several months after building completion.

Our club just did a remodel and it took 2 years and that's with minor construction.
6 months waiting for furniture order, 3 months waiting for restroom counter tops, paint, wallpaper, flooring, etc

Given the devastation of your area, contractors will be very busy for several years, obtaining a builder will be challenging.
A temporary building may be required for quite some time just to reopen for business.
