I learned that the TM XD+ have been replaced by the TM Distance +.  The former were a decent, inexpensive ball. Does anyone know if the newer ball is the same or has anyone played them?

I think I actually played one the other day. Found it in the Arroyo on hole 7 and played it on the par 3 hole 8, and hit the far bank of the pond and it took a bad bounce and jumped back into the water. For the one shot I took with it, it worked great.

Thanks, I imagine they are pretty much the same. Price is comparable anyway. TM is notorious for repackaging "new and improved", their driver designs used to be obsolete within the same season. I hated the SLDR and the "mini" was not much better. (apples and oranges though).

Yah, I know. That is where I got them last time. The reason I asked was I had a pop up from Golf Balls.com ?? and they said that the XD+ has been replaced by the Distance +.  If Global still has them, I will probably buy from there, even though the shipping is around $5.99. I have not checked the retail stores or big box outlets.
