As the title suggests. Irons are still perfect nothing out of the ordinary my 5 and 3 wood are also unaffected but lately I have been having this habit of "snap" drawing my driver of the tee. I then decided to cut my shaft down 1 inch , this helped a lot , got lots more control but I still get that habit every now and a then. what causes a snap draw on your driver ? My swing path is in to out with my irons not sure about driver. Sometimes I even start the ball left with that snap hook. Could this be cause by coming over the top ? I also favor to hit up on the ball with my driver , I play a lot of my front foot with my driver. My swingplane is flat but not by much but it's definitely flat. I play a Callaway GBB Epic All neutral Loft 9.5. I hope I have given sufficient info.

Kind Regards

Well, your index is a lot better than mine and I won't tell you what's wrong with your swing, because you're obviously doing a lot of stuff right, but I can tell you what causes me to do a "snap hook".  When I try and "swing hard" (as opposed to fast, still trying to square the subtle difference in my thinking concerning the difference) I get up on my toes.  This causes my club head to close and I typically pull it too.  The tip toe stuff seems to work for Justin Thomas and Lexi Thompson, but I suspect that's their typical shot and it's their standard swing as opposed to what I try and do when I try and hit it hard without making a conscious effort to keep my left foot flat.

@Lihu Really informative read. Funny thing is I hit my irons the way I have always hit them even 3 and 5 wood. I am going to the the range this afternoon play around with how I manipulate the clubface. Thank you for the awesome link really appreciate.

Could also be the culprit I am open to suggestions :-D I will have look at this first this afternoon maybe it's the same issue.
