This question is for the Greenskeepers. In winter, our golf course opens up for play each time the snow melts, and we are close!  The problem is, there are some holes that just don't get as much sun and it takes longer. With the warm air, they are not frozen, instead, slushy and water is pooling up during the day, probably freezing again at night. .  Here's a 10 second video:

 Would it do any damage to scrape/squeegee off this slush and water?
