Scotland Travel Agent

Could anyone suggest a good travel agent/website for planning a trip to Scotland. I don't have the time of the knowledge to do it myself. I'll probably go with the consensus...

I've planned my own Scotland and Ireland trips, so I don't know much about any tour operators.  Its really not too difficult to do all the planning yourself, but I ccan also understand those who would choose a tour operator. Two things that I'd look for are:

Flexibility - They should try to develop a package that reflects your interests and budget, rather than trying to push you into one of their pre-set packages.  The should have a variety of lodging choices, from 5-star hotels to smaller B&Bs.  They should be willing to book you into little known courses if you wish.  They should have self-drive packages available, as well as chauffeured vans.   All of these choices can impact the cost to you, as well as the enjoyment you get.

Responsiveness - If I'm paying someone hundreds of dollars to set up my trip, I expect them to reply pretty damn quickly when I have a question.  

Whether you book yourself, or use a tour operator, I suggest that you get Allan Ferguson's book:
