It seems like a cool device to record my swing on the course. I heard them talk about it on the Howard Stern show and I was wondering if its any good.

I would really have no use for it...

1) I like to walk
2) I would rather concentrate on golf on the course
3) it could lead to slow play (maybe on a busy day when you're waiting anyway?)
4) more crap to take out on the course - just seems like a hassle

Good points but for me I want to see how I'm swinging on the course. Besides, I think it can be used on the range as well. I'm hoping someone has used one to see if its as good as they say it is. Anyone?

It's merely a bracket that allows you to mount your own camera to a bar. Other than that it doesn't do anything that a couple of bungie cords or just balancing your camera on the seat of the golf cart would do. It looks pretty gimmecky to me.

That and it's twice the price of your normal tripod. I can see wanting to see your swing occasionally on the golf course, but when you're looking to work on your swing and game, it's best to do it off the course or you'll never get things right. So it's pretty pricey for something that I wouldn't use that often and could get bungy cords to do the trick.
