Anyone with iOS Use the Measure App to Get Putt Distance?

I saw someone do this on an Instagram Story, did a search and found that there was a paid app @iacas recommended (see bottom), but now Measure comes with iOS. Here is a guy on reddit using Apple's Measure. Going to try this out on a putting green next time.

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

Did you try it? I played with the measuring when I got my iPhone, but haven't used it much.
