No excuses guys Tiger is a disgusting animal for spitting on the green, the only other golfer I have ever seen spit on a green(in the cup) is Garcia , another disgusting animal. All the years I've been watching golf , never ever ever did I see any other golfers spit on greens, both of these players have the same attitude, both are spoiled whiney disgusting dirty dirty animals. For christ sake it's golf the gentlemans game".

Hi Robato, I have started using my version of the stack and tilt, my ball flight has always been low because I learned to play on links courses that are pretty windy, I have been playing a lot of parkland courses of late and find the SandT gives me a fantastic high trajectory, I to only use it from about 160 in ,find it great if you need to clear threes . I'm very happy playing with both swings.

I seem to be dipping down on my down swing, has anybody got any tips or tricks to help me out?

This is the easiest way to do it , it's exactly what I done when I was at this level. I was in and around 90 for nearly a year ,but the second time I tried this I broke 90 by four strokes(86). I was very rarely in the 90s after that. Now shooting in the 70s

I got my whole bag fitted by fore golf, the lads are fantastic, I was really looking foreword to getting a few more yards out of a new custom fit driver, but it was the only club they said they couldn't improve on. I can't reccommend these guy enough, they work with what you have, and explain everything in detail.

Wow lads, Scotty Cameron is just a name. You can buy the most expensive best hyped Scotty on the market, but it is you who makes the stroke and that's something you can't buy in any shop. The best putter I know is a 70 year old lad who uses the same old no name putter he did 30 odd years ago. Putting is a combination of confidence and stroke, if having Scotty Cameron on the end of your putter helps ,well and good, but only you can put the stroke on it. By the way I also use a Scotty, now if you tried to take it from me you would have to fight very hard or bring a gun. Best of look lads.

I agree 100 percent. You are a 14 handicapper, this to me says you can play a bit= have a pretty good swing. So off to the shops with you and do your part to get us out of this recession mate.

Great thread, and food for thought . I took up golf about 5 years ago and almost over night was addicted, now I play 3 times a week and since I found out early on that golf and hangovers don't mix , I gave up drinking, this led to better productivity in work , personal life, and on course scoring . You could say golf saved my life

He played flawless golf today , it was fantastic to watch, he has an extra bounce in his step, extra confidence, must be from wearing his number one crown. I agree the only way he looses this one is if he breaks his arm.
