Get real. If you equalized all the wealth in the world, it would find its way back to the folks who have it now. Moneymakers will always have more than the masses. That data only looks at who was President. The real question is, "Who controlled the Congress?" As I understand it, "The President proposes and Congress disposes". I have never seen any data on economic activity tied to control of the Congress. They, after all, control the purse strings.
