I think they are trying to get some excitement towards the end of the year when most people are turning to football. We will see how much excitement it gets.

I used to never use a foward press but once I started using I am more consistent and I make better contact with the ball and it rolls truer. I use and offset putter.

I think the other golfers are catching up to him. I am sure most anybody would take what he has done this year and the last couple of years in a heartbeat

I usually just use a sharpie that is different colors and draw a line, this also helps with my putting alingment.

I would not mind walking but all the courses I play are are spread out throught neighborhoods. Most of the courses are also very hilly so I cannot imagine how long it would take to walk the course.

Yeah he was ok I am sure they will be able to find somebody to replace him. His brother does a morning show here in Atlanta and he is pretty good. Vince has been on the show from time to time and he is really good on the radio.

I just recently changed my grips to a standard size. I was using the winn mediums and I felt like I had to grip the club tighter so I changed and I am hitting it better.

I put pressure on myself and I do not know why...I play a lot and you would think I had figured out that when I am loose and am having fun I play a lot better. I usually play with the same people so I guess I put pressure on myself to beat them.

I read a great book called everyshot must have a purpose and it is by the two instructors that work with Annika Sorenstam. Basically the jist of it that you have line between you and the golf ball and behind the line you should think about the shot, how you should line up, the ball flight and probably everything you are think about right now while you are standing over the ball. Once you cross that line your mind should go blank and you just swing the club. They also have practice routines that you can work on. It really helped me out to get all of the swing thoughts out of my head.

So the Memorial is coming up and you know there is going to be some big name players in it. I play in a salary cap fantasy golf league and am pretty excited because I have accumulated enough money to get some big name players. So before picking my players, I already have Furyk and Cink from the last week so I only have to make 2 trades because your team consist of 4 players. My first choice is between Woods and Mickelson, I want to take Woods but price is higher than Mickelson and I figure I can take the extra money and get another decent player, so I take Mickelson. Next choice, who to take between Zach Johnson and Sean O'Hair? I take Johnson because he is solid and I am afraid of what O'Hair will do after his meltdown at the PGA. Yesterday Mickelson withdraws and Johnson quits after 16, oh and O'Hair is 7 under. SUPER!!!!

I also have holes that I just cannot seem to score well on, I think it is the angle that the have the tee box set up relative to the hole. For some reason there are are a couple of holes at the course I usually play that just seem to wear me out.

Ping G2 and I have had it for 2 years and I have yet to find anything that I hit any better, thank god because the new drivers are not cheap.

It was hard to watch any of the rounds because of all of the rain delays. A 62 is a stout score.

I used to have a problem missing some short putts but the biggest thing is not to think about it. Pick a line look at a spot in front to of the take one practice stroke step up and hit it. Another tips I saw, I cannot remember where I saw this, but it works great when you practice put the ball 6 to 12 inches in front of the hole and it is just a tap in so tap it in. The funny thing is he said to put the ball 4 feet from the hole and use the same stroke as you would with a tap in and I am telling the ball goes in every time. Give this a shot it helped me I do not miss many 3 footers anymore.

I think there are to many rules to follow there are general rules my friends and I follow like going out of bounds or a lost ball and the obvious ones but for the most part have you a rules book it has a ton of rules to follow.

I always tee it up if possible.
