I'd rather hit on grass, but some of the grass fees at the ranges are ridiculous. theres only one driving range i can think of that has grass for free. The mats are better than nothing.

^Hasn't Morris run for over a 100y in two games (maybe?). But Maroney is hurt, and at this time in the season they don't really need a running game. Come December, they'll run and run good because of their line.

I like my 3i... well most of the time. If I'm hitting the ball good its great... but I'm a really hot/cold player. When my ballstriking goes down the drain, its not fun to watch. -

Can't go wrong with Mizuno. Also a fan of the Cally's and have heard good things about the bridgestones. Just try them all out and determine which feel best for you. -
I'm prob gonna stop playing in a month or so... in Mass i doubt I'm going to get a day nice enough in the winter to play. I'll prob go to the range once a week and start working out again.

has anyone hit one and what is your opinion on it? I am a big Mizuno fan, but no golf stores near me have one to demo. The prices went down to $170 on a few sites and was wondering if its any good. Also, how does it compare to the SQ 460?

I'd rather have a pretty swing. If something goes wrong with it, it'll be easier to fix it. If you start hitting bad with an ugly swing, it might take longer to fix.

a few years ago i had a set of Tigershark lady's clubs to fill the gap between junior & regular clubs. they cost around $200 and worked good until the shaft became too soft. -

I've never been a good putter but over this season I've become a decent putter. However, in the last week or two, my putting has gone completely down the drain. I'm missing putts in every direction... pulling 'em, pushing some, and hooking others lol. Was wondering if this has happened to anyone and how they got out of the funk.
