  1. FORGED Irons: 4 – PW (ALL MATCHING SERIAL #'s) 4-5-6-7-8-9-PW (7 irons total) * The PW is still FACTORY SEALED and has never even been used! * The other 6 clubs have been lightly used for less then 5 rounds of golf. These were ordered in late 2010 and the only reason I am selling them is because I’ve just found out that I am going abroad over the summer so I won’t be able to enjoy them this year. My local pro who gave them to me as a gift said to do what I want with them. I personally haven’t hit these, but they were my local pros set and he knows how to take care of clubs (check the pictures) they are really in great shape (at least a 9 out of 10)… Specs: Shaft: Project X 5.5 (Stiff) Grip: Golf Pride New Decade Multi Compound (White) (The same grips Phil Mickelson uses!) * These clubs are STANDARD Length, Lie & Loft ** I've sold here before in the "old" marketplace. If you have any questions or concerns please PM me. Thanks!
  2. Sweet deal... Possibly my favorite club in my bag...
  3. Yes. Especially if they are back ordered. Give it another week and then ask your Pro to call. He should have an order/confirmation number to look it up.
  4. Depends how many irons and where you go... Your looking at $15-$25 a club. I use 5.5... My driver swing speed is less then 110 so it works for me. I'd say go test them before buying.
  5. I mark my mine with a line thru the logo on each side... I like to keep the colors bright so I can say "YEAH THAT'S MINE... THE ONE WITH THE PINK LINE!..." lol only because I'll know I'll usually be the only one out there with a ball like that.
  6. I tried searching iTunes for it but can't find it... Is there another alternative?
  7. I've been looking for an 18* as well... and I'm interested in the Adams Idea Pro Black Hybrid. You might want to check that out, heard nothing but good things...
  8. Shafts make a huge difference. I look at it like this: In a car you have the actual car (which you could say is the head of the driver) and you have the steering wheel which drives the car (aka the shaft). You need something that fits your game. Like klebs01 said go test on a launch monitor. I can tell you first hand though it does make a difference. You might find that analogy a little weak but that's how I look at it. I swapped my driver with a Diamana Blue Board and never looked back!
  9. PGA and College will never adopt this rule... Totally different...
  10. Not OCD at ALL! I have OCD and to be honest I usually clean my clubs just about after every time I play. I've been pretty good about it lately though and do it now only about once a week...
  11. Scotty designs both, but believes that the "art of putting" (so to say) is the "swinging door putter" type. I am almost 100% sure on this.
  12. This really all implys on what type of putter stroke you have...
  13. Yeah that is an EXTREMELY good price. 280-300 (Which is there retail now) is still good IMHO. I hope you get a real one, but that doesn't seem likely Check the weights when you get it though, I heard fakes aren't made with Tungsten weights instead of some sort of plastic. I have a Quad so if you need Hi Res photo's for comparison just let me know...
  14. What was the final price with shipping if you don't mind me asking... Was it 'too good to be true'? Sorry for your loss...
  15. Go to your local pro and ask what is the best. Usually there is a local pro shop that can do it. I never liked Golfsmith (not trying to bad mouth it) but I have seen some poor work come from there (then again this could just be my local one) *EDIT - I just saw that you are from Westchester (about a 30 min drive from me). I would check out the course Centennial and see if there shop can do it, it is your call but I know some people there who are respectable. GL
  16. Strange... Who did you go thru to order? I have been working with my rep (Titleist) back and forth and he is trying to make it possible, but we just concluded that sending it to the custom shop would be the easiest way to get it to 350G. I did manage to get the Baby Black T grip which is what I wanted and the plus side I guess is that I get to see if 360 is maybe better for me. (I gamed with a 350G 009 Scotty and OMG was it unreal).
  17. He is right, I just got confirmed that it DOESN'T come in 350G unless you send it to the custom shop. So now my question is for the people who have 350G SS, did you send it in? Or just mistakenly have a 360G and didn't know? If you have to 20G weights on the bottom of your 33" SS then it is 360G. . .
  18. Pledge works wonders on driver heads... just make sure to not get it on the face of the driver. I am not sure if it will take it off, but it is worth a shot. I would try to clean it with a rag first and then use pledge... Hope this helps.
  19. TaylorMade Driver and woods, Titleist Irons (and Hybrid 21), Wedges and Putter TM + Titleist = One happy man :)
  20. See that is what I thought... I saw that on the website but the rep assured me that it was standard (33"=350G). I will take your guys word for it (as the reps)... I told him I want the Baby T Black grip as well so hopefully it will be put in as custom for 350G head weight, otherwise I will be upset :( LOL great story, I have been an avid Scotty Cam collector, always loved them. I just got back my TeI3 from restoration and it looks unreal. As for me tho, no wife yet ;), not anytime soon for that matter... Only "golf" as my "wife" and she likes the Scotty's :)
  21. It is a a "TeI3" (not "L") - might help the search on eBay... I actually just got one refinished, and WOW is it B-E-A-U-TIFUL I'll get some pics up of it...
  22. I have a quick question. I was able to chat with my local Titleist rep today on the phone but I kept losing service and couldn't hear him that well, I made an order tho for the a Scotty Cam - Studio Select. I said to him I want it 33" and 350G's. I think he told me that is standard? Is that true? I always thought it was 33"=330G; 34"=340G; 35"=350G... Is that true that now it is the "opposite" I guess where 33" comes stock as 350G's? Thanks in advance
  23. cool addition :)
  24. Well said... Tiger IS #1 in my book... and will surpass Jack's record with time...
