  1. Whatever, maybe. But it's probably really a rare occurrence. As for the spell check, you can get one in your browser.
  2. I don't play one, but the burner rescue was pretty long but it just felt hollow and dead. Adams makes great hybrids but I've never been fancy to their SGI hybrids, which most of them are. Bafflers are pretty cool, no complaints. I just like the Titleist 585's, so workable.
  3. Kansas, Pitt, UNC, UConn. Pitt & UConn in the final, and UConn'll get smoked.
  4. Ouch. Everyone who has played in tournament golf knows that you're gonna get a rude awakening. You just seriously have to keep your head up and forget about that tournament. Mentally, it doesn't look like you're that good, no offense. If you went down after the double, then you need to work on letting holes go. I was in the same boat as you early this summer. I shot 84 and an 87 before I knew I had some serious work to do. Now, I'm around par in my tournaments and I'm ready to win. You'll get there soon. Give it a few more events. Good luck, dude. Everyone is behind you here.
  5. Here's what I'm thinking, we're both around the same handicap so I'll just tell you what I'd do. With your 32's, they don't have a lot of new technology in them, and if you're hitting them well, you won't really need much of the technology involved in the new sets. I'd go for it, irons are mostly about how you feel with them in your hands, I'd refinish unless you're scoping new irons in the future.
  6. I love when this topic starts to get busy! Golf season starts tomorrow so I'll be visiting this one fairly often.
  7. Damn Tiger. Yes, I do after a shot that I really like. But on a bad shot, I'm not watching long enough to do anything with my club except put it back in the bag.
  8. Red, yes. Pink, no.
  9. Tiger played poorly Clark played to perfection. Tiger was late on most of his shots and didn't really make the clutch putts that he needed. What surprised me was that Tiger said he was happy with his ballstriking today, saying that he only missed one 8 iron and one driver, but I felt that he missed so much more than that.
  10. -3 and 2 up through 2 holes. I think he's back. Btw, this Angel Cabrera and Phil match is starting to get exciting.
  11. 4 in a row in my conference tournament. Pretty successful back 9
  12. Tiger has won 52% of his last 25 tournaments and 10 of his last 13. Odds are he's going to win this one.
  13. They said the shot was a foot off line, he aimed where he shouldn't have and just missed it on the wrong side of one foot. I wouldn't call that a choke, he was losing at that point and really didn't have much of a chance to birdie. He is the best at that hole and is only 3 under in his career at Riviera, which he's played for 100 years. I would not call his 18th hole a choke. I'd call Phil's final round a choke though, he just got lucky.
  14. He wants to play in the Masters. Obviously one win in Europe wont give him enough WGR points to get him into the top 50, he won't get this money, but he will get the other money when he continues to win after April.
  15. I'm not dumb enough to bet against him. He'll win.
  16. Nobody got kicked out, Brendan Jones is 64th in the world. It's not like Tiger said, "I'm not playing." and then he changed his mind.
  17. If you're laying turf over the ball when you feel like you're hitting down, it's probably because you just throw your hands way in front of the ball and stop moving your body. You need to keep your chest turning or else you will hit the ball way fat. Try and keep your head still through out most of the swing. Denver nuggs was pretty much on with his swaying comment.
  18. http://www.tigerwoods.com/defaultflash.sps Tiger Woods announced today that he would compete in the 2009 World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play Championship February 23 - March 1. Woods is the defending champion and also won the event in 2003 and 2004. "Elin and our new son Charlie are doing great. I've enjoyed my time at home with the family and appreciate everyone's support and kind wishes," Woods said. Woods last played June 16th, defeating Rocco Mediate in 91 holes to win the US Open. It was his 14th professional major victory and 65th career win on the PGA Tour. Following the playoff, on June 24th he underwent season-ending reconstructive surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament and some cartilage damage in his left knee. Woods also had fractures in his left tibia. In six starts on the PGA Tour last year, Woods won four times and finished second in the Masters. He also captured the Dubai Desert Classic on the PGA European Tour. His 14 majors trails only Jack Nicklaus' total (18) and his 65 PGA Tour wins is third on the all-time list behind Sam Snead (82) and Nicklaus (73). "I'm now ready to play again," Woods said.
  19. 35-36= 71 I was hooking the shit out of the ball today, but I stayed in it and got up and down like a monster all day.
  20. Well obviously you can't hit them correctly. Vokey's feel so good to me. But, really just because someone doesn't like them doesn't make it a bad club or a good club. If someone feels good hitting the ball with a shovel, then good for them; I wish I could find something to shovel the snow and play golf with.
  21. Only naked pictures, and I don't think you want those. I'll try and get some up of the clubs soon. I'm also gonna do my Scotty black and white. http://thesandtrap.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20897 The picture of the vr iron in there looks so nice.
  22. You'd be surprised what a difference a small change can make. I could only fill in the numbers and the Titleist on my 755's, and they look so sexy now.
  23. 36-35= 71 today 35-34= 69 Yesterday I love the weather, even though today was really windy
  24. I guess a 2 iron. I've always had 4 wedges so I never had to take anything out If I was to take one out ever, It'd be for a 2 iron, which isn't necessary.
  25. Obviously you skipped your common sense class. He copied and pasted. He never took those words as his own. Maybe I've just been using my brain wayy too oftennnn LOL.
