  1. I think that iron technology for the average golfer has improved but less in the higher levels

Mike Richards captained my local Jr. A team; the Kitchener Rangers. I have had season tickets the last 6 years, and I can say that he is honestly the best Ranger of all time; ahead of Paul Coffey and Mcinnis. If he will be that good in the NHL is yet to be determined.
  3. I sent my roster, running backs are crucial in fantasy and I have 2 sophomores...o man. lol only 1 titan on my team

sadly im a member of the leaf nation
  5. i like taking 5 balls from my bag and putting each one farther than the previous from the hole. If you miss one; you have to start the entire line over again. You learn to handle frustrating puts and adds some awareness on how speed effects each put. My diagram: [hole] O O O O O O represents the ball, if you miss any of them before 5; you must start from the beginning
  6. sometimes new equipment just revitalizes your love for the game after being frustrated
  7. they're 130 in canada
  8. they 're nice but oh man would i like a redwood except for the price tag....
  9. I'm a Michigan wolverines fan along with VT. I'm Canadian so I have no lines drawn in blood. My bro's an ohio state fan

    Bayern Munich fan.
  11. congratz, i love it when a plan comes together
  12. Ill take AFC South. I like a challenge
  13. i play tiger woods 2004 for ps2 in my sleep. My character drives 400+ consistently.
  14. My Ben Hogan BH5's are 300 CAD right now at golftown. Quality club and they look like callaway x series'.
  15. i think the fact that we are all golfers makes this a little biased...and I agree I don't see a Nascar Driver as an athlete.
  16. yeah, sometimes bad luck happens; just drop another in the general area long as you're not in a tournament.
  17. I have a 90 mph swing speed with a driver and I used a 9.5 degree loft, some articles I have been reading suggest that I should use at least an 11 degree driver to maximize distance and carry. I think I hit the ball very high with a driver already, how many yards am I really losing when I used my 9.5. It can't be much more than a few yards can it? I drive it around 230 consistently. Is it about forgiveness? Because I would not think 1 degree would make the difference between a slice and a fade..
  18. no kidding, my dad attended Laurier and so did my brother. I go to all of the home football games. Too bad I'm not applying there this year; I want to get into engineering which is a faculty WLU doesn't have. Did you golf around here during your Laurier days?
  19. yeah i like my 58, i have a 60 but recently took it out of the bag to save some weight; i don't need 3 wedges.
  20. I find its easier to spin when pitching or using full swings opposed to chips. Take a lob wedge and hit down on it around 30 yards out and you'll see the spin with a decent ball
  21. lol buffalo, they make me laugh. Every year the fans get so pumped for looserman to throw int's and then watch the dolphins pick them apart
  22. I personally do not like umbrellas because they're too big and cumbersome; especially with high winds. I would just buy a rain jacket or vest and bring a few extra towels or rags in your bag to cover your club heads and dry your grips when needed.
  23. plus with us Canadians, there would be a multitude of forums.
  24. he must be a tank
  25. It rains quite a bit up here so I have some experience. Light rain is fun, heavy rain is not. The rain can wreck havoc on the greens and make them so that some are slow while others remain fast. Just be carefull of letting go of the club, I landed a 9 iron on the fringe of a par 3 130 yards from the tee block...the ball went like 7 feet. . But I still held my finish like a champ
