just because its forged dosent mean it is harder to hit. I think that the forged wedges will have similar performance to the cast. Maybe they will have a little less spin because they do not have the milled faces. I have the 8620 in 53* and 56* and they put a lot of spin on the ball.

I have owned and played 845 silver scots for the last 5 years. I like them alot and they have been really good for me. They are game improvement irons that alot of low handicappers played similar to the ping eye 2's. They actually have a good amount of wins on tour too from back in the early 90's. I love my tommy armours, but they are finally starting to look their age and they have knicks and dings everywhere so they will probably be replaced by christmas. I would reccomend tommy armours to anyone, especially beginners who are looking for a cheaper set of beginner clubs.

yeah I broke my putter and driver today. The driver hitting a drive and the putter when I dropped it on the fringe. Worst golfing day ever.

I was back playing golf in 2 monthes, back to contact sports in 6 monthes. It has been 18 monthes since my surgery and my knee feels no different now from the way the pre-op knee felt. I rehabed as much as possible and pushed my limits as much as the doctors would allow so I was able to recover fairly quickly.

my only advice would be to not blow that 500 they send you every month. I had a really good paying job in highschool and all I have to show for it are video games, shoes and a bunch of other crap that has no value.

I use it as long as there is not a cut in the cover. I use balls with scuffs and they dont seem to affect the playability at all. I usually lose a ball or 2 every 3 or 4 rounds, so they usually dont get to bad, but I have had a few balls that lasted 5-6+ rounds and they looked awful, but played fine.

I had one, but found that I was more focused on hiding the red dot as opposed to putting a good roll on the ball. I actually got in the habit of looking at the putter head throughout my stroke, which reaked havoc on my already struggling putter game.

I live in the south. all of the greens are bermuda here. Grain plays a huge part in reading putts if you want to have a chance at making a putt.

wierd, I sell you my mt to use an adams rpm lp 3 wood, and you give up your adams for the mt. Anyways, the reason I sold it is for the exact reasons you are stating. I am an extremely low ball hitter and couldnt get the mt more then 10 feet off the ground. I contributed it more to my swing then anything. I tried to like this club but I just did not get along with it.

target has prov1 refurbs for $26 a dozen. its what I play and I notice zero differences between normal prov1's and refurbished prov1's.

In the past week I have shot an 88 and an 87 on a par 72 course. And today I shot a 3 over 39 on a 9 hole par 36 course which was my first time breaking 40. It was pretty awesome and I am happy that my game is rounding into form again. I had 5 one putts, 3 two putts and 1 zero putt (putted in from the fringe) which is fantastic for me.

I dont yet, but will real soon. I plan on going into law enforcement.
