  1. I would probably try the R7 and see if I liked it. I would probably stay with the 905T though.
  2. It makes you feel better when you do not buy it all at one time. I might be wrong Driver 125 4-wood 100 irons 950 wedges 260 putter 200 1635
  3. Well, if you count the PW, I am using 4. I do not count it becuase it is a part of the set that I bought. I count the individuals that I have picked up along the way.
  4. I like stuff that is made in USA. quality control is better. No offense.
  5. Go to a shop and TRY THEM ALL TRY THEM ALL I cannot stress that enough. Try everything that looks like a club to try. I thought when I was looking to get another that I wanted more Pings, but I tried Titleist and Mizuno as well and I like the Mizuno's better than everything else from feel to look at address.
  6. The wood tees feel natural. And I use wood and not the painted colored ones. They colors leave marks on the club and I do not like that.
  7. It is all about what you see when you are over top of them. A blade will look better than a cavity back. It is about feel as well. My blades feel better than other cavity backs that I have tried.
  8. Of all of them, I prefer the ProV1. I like the hit and feel around the greens. It is also easy to spin or not spin the ball. I hit the ball long, so I am not worried about what little distance I lost.
  9. I would get fitted. I did and do not regret it at all. The fitting on my clubs was free as long at I bought the clubs there. When I was fitted and saw I needed a custom order, it was well worth getting fitted to them.
  10. If you are thinking of changing, get fitted and try a bunch out. You will not regret it.
  11. I would agree on ebay. You can usually find one that is fairly new or so slightly used that it looks new and not pay a fortune for it. I have bought some clubs that were new in the box off of ebay and have not had a problem with it and not too high of a price.
  12. I had some clubs regripped.
  13. I would have to agree. I use a 904F, but it is a 4 wood.
  14. I said Other Mizuno. Look at my sig and see. I use MP-32's and love them.
  15. I see what you are saying with Jack using a Cavity back. That is probably the easiest to hit with him at his age. I am sure that he could kick my butt, but he probably needs some help.
  16. I just got a set of MP-32 and cannot be happier with them. I have a set of Ping's that I was using and I cannot be happier with my new purchase. I hit them so much better and I like the feel better than the Ping. I started and also hit a set of true blades when I started playing golf. I know that was rough, but that made me appreciate the Mizuno's that much more.
  17. I have just liked the Titleist and use it. I have used Callaway in the past and have recently started using Titleist and I like them much better.
  18. Trimming the tip also stiffens the shaft a little. I had a Rifle 6.5 trimmed on the tip to make it a little stiffer.
  19. I will definely keep that in mind. I am glad that mine clubs came custom from the factory, or at least my irons.
  20. I am usually buying Titleist. It depends on what kind of mood I in as to whether I buy ProV1, ProV1x, or the ocasional NXT-Tour.
  21. I wear Fossil as well. I am with you, I cannot see myself spending that much money for a watch that is not going to be glued to me and keep if from getting beat around.
  22. That was interesting to see the stats on how old some of the people are around here. I would not have guessed that from the results.
  23. I voted for a child as well. I would not want to know who I was trying to live up to otherwise.
  24. I would have to agree on Paula Creamer. From what is out there, this would be one of the best.
