I think they are all pretty nice when they are playing well. Everyone has their off days... both on the course and internally.

I tell him to go find the guy he once was when his dad was alive. He is in there, somewhere. Too many 'yes men' around him. He is making one bad decision after another.... He knows what is wrong mechanically. He doesn't need someone telling him how to play golf. He should have taken the year off after surgery and flip the bird to networks and sponsors.

if I have a bad round I tend to forgo the beer and hit the range. But that is just me. I get a 'kick' out my friends who get mad at errant tee shots or skulled 60* failed flop shots that only play once a month. I try to tell them to not get upset but since they hit that perfect shot one time they think it is supposed to be automatic.

Got my wife into the sport... i know i know.... "bad move" some people say. but with the hours we both keep at work and all the stuff we are doing to the house, it is nice getting out together. Also, I would rather take her golfing that not go golfing at all

we wouldn't know. It's that simple. Where would we be without computers and cell phones? We didn't care because we never had them before we did.

I wouldn't be too different than where I am now. Very rarely am I playing courses that are over 7000 yds.... and rightfully so. Plus, here in Central NY I would be hard pressed to find any besides Turning Stone Casino.

glove, no ring, no watch. yet I cannot seem to putt with the glove... my brain tells me the feel is all off

380 yd par 4 with a tree in the middle of the fairway about 300 from tee box and a creek in front of green. hit driver, club head comes clean off but still find the fairway about 280 but right behind the tree about 110 from green "You gotta go under it and lay up right?" says my playing partner "Nope" Take my wedge over tree to 8" and sink the birdie putt.
