so erik if you had the same swing but the strength of a 90 year old woman you would hit the same distance i mean since muscle mass doesnt matter and all. and what muscles do you use for a swing your big muscles or small?i use hips,back,shoulders,you know the big ones and the stronger you are the faster you can push a club,assuming all things are equal i.e flexibility

disagree take two people with exact same swing length same swing positions guess who hits it further,theres a reason steroids are banned,they increase muscle which allows for a stronger hit means going further,so if it was up to you would you allow steroids in golf because bigger muscles dont hit the ball further?

I've always been a bomber of the golf ball and im going to tell yall how ive done it.i use a homemade weighted driver.i have a regular shafted driver that i attached a 5 pound wrench to,yea i know its redneck but it works .with that much weight at the club head you can truley feel exactly where the clubhead is,and it really builds golf specific muscles.i promise you use this contraption as much as i do and you will be bombing it.it literally takes like 40 bucks to make one give or take 5 bucks.just wanted to share my power tips with yall.

i much prefer practice rounds,when the course is empty i drop balls around the course and hit them i mean sometimes i like to drop balls in the trees and try to make par you cant practice that on a range and need to be able to do it.along with putting its more productive practice on the course,jmo though take it as you will.

to practice i first hit some partial wedges to 50 yd flag then full pw then 8 iron,then 6i then 4i then 3 wood then driver,then go to short game area then go back to range and pound 4 irons till i leave

practice,practice and more practice,no offense but to even think about mini tours you are not close to good enough,im not even good enough for a mini tour.keep stats,make your bad stats your good stats and your good stats great stats.distance,accuracy,short game,putting.put in countless hours working on these.keep chopping that handicap.

my best putt was 8 foot and ya the short-mid putts suck you have a bar from 0-30 foot and guess how hard to hit it it sucks i hit like 93% of grens but still end up at +11 at the end of the round

but as the saying goes you cant take the range to the course id rather play you learn more.

im 20 and the only thing my parents bought me for golf was a 200 dollar academy set when i was 14 ive paid for everything else

the best ive done is a full 3 wood to a foot

ive been playing it found a link in a thread a couple days ago,im still a hack on it though the stock putter sucks i hate the 5-15 footers its hard to guess the power i need to upgrade that thing
