Wow big contracts must be a pain in the behind unless you're on steroids because Mark Texiera and CC Sabathia just looked like nervous wrecks out there today. I usually get an extra bag and put some of my clubs in it. It's no biggie if you and your playing partner play fast. I only share when I'm playing a two-some and of course with one of my lefty cousins.

Wow. Your clubs must be long if you're choking up at 6'2. I'm 5'8 and I have to choke up. Probably because I've never been fitted . Were you fitted for your clubs?

Fred C is one of my favorite putters. He makes the putts that everyone would consider two putting. Gotta love Fred and good to know he's still playing the great game after so much in his life.

Your swing speed and the type of shots you play a big role I think. At least that was what I was taught. I found out the hard way that not all balls are made for 20+ handicappers, and I found out late which is why I'm still a 20+ handicapper. LOL. Still enjoying the game though .

I would love for either Tiger or Phil to win again but I wouldn't mind seeing Ogilvy get his first . Gotta love that guy.

I could never hit irons of the tee...Getting a little better at it by hitting down on on the ball just the same as the way I hit my 3H and 3W. It works, but of course (for a 20+ handicapper), not all the time...Lol.

I use my 56 for a little bump and run chip. When I want it to get up, I use the 60. Depending on the greens, my distance from the cup, and my lie on the rough or fringe, I'll use the mid to short irons for a hot bump and run.

Rory's such a cool kid...He handles the pressure so well. I saw an interview where he was showered with compliments. They told him that his swing was better than Tiger's when he was 19 and all that stuff and he just said that he was grateful and hopes to keep progressing. Gotta love that attitude. Hopefully he wins a buttload of majors in the future.

I worked at a golf course last summer and at the driving range, we carried about 2 drivers that had cracks in them. There were never any complaints about them. The club champ would even try it out every now and then and his shot was never affected by the crack. I had a friend who had a crack on his driver and it made his drives even better...LOL. I'm guessing it shouldn't fail on you (depending on the spot of the crack). Hopefully it doesn't grow.

Does anyone play mp-57s? If you do, I am a jealous person...LOL. I search for any Mizuno demos near me just to hit them. Not so forgiving but heavenly when hit correctly.

I use the Nike One Platinum because it is the first ball that made me feel like I was in control. I never lost anything off the tee, It's the sweetest and most responsive on approach shots and par 3s, and the feel is just incredible. As you all can see, I'm not an 80s player but this ball gives me hope that improvement is on the way. It is a really great ball.
