In 5 years...My daughter will be 7 and my son will be 5...I will get them involved with the firstee organization so they can learn the integrity in the game and in life. For my personal goal I would like to be around a 10hdcp, consistently shoot in the low 80s...This is officially my 2nd year of playing and full dedication to this game...Hopefully it gets better and better as I start to understand the game...

I concur..I've used MyCaddie Pro every round this year and its great! It's pretty darn close to the markers on the course...GPS, Stat tracking, Last active shot tracking, Tee shot yardages, layup tips, hazards, Aerial views...all of this for FREE!

Nice Find...As you can see in my signature I have them and 2nd year of playing with them...It definitely has helped my game by a ton! Have fun with them!

Towel and water...or towel and saliva... :)

I have a box of Vapors not the Vapor speed and do notice my drives are a bit longer then the PRO V1s and V1x as well. It also checks very nice on the greens well probably very comparable to the V1x model. I do like the Vapors alot...Too bad I didn't buy another dozen when golfsmith had them for $14.99...

Not sure if there is an answer to your poll...It all depends on the person not alone how often do you play in a season.... I just bought the Adidas Powerband 3.0 and am in the testing process as we speak...Played through 10 rounds now and I'm just starting to break the leather in...Walking 18 tomorrow and 18 on Sunday...By far the best investment I've made...

Awesome article!! I also have dedicated my 2011 season to walk more rounds then I ever thought of in the past...Thus far 8 out of the 9 rounds I've been blessed enough to play I have walked them and I can surely attest walking does make your health better not alone slows down the game from shot to shot...Just like the article I have gone out and invested in premium Adidas "tour" shoes knowing I was committed to walking. I feel so much better at the end of each round and the score doesn't even matter...

Never...I usually will carry 3 sleeves and a few junk ones in the bag...though I tend to find balls quite bit too from the roughs that are not very deep...

In the midwest...particulary Wisconsin if you don't play in rain, wind or cold you wont play until June. This year has been pretty wet but manage to get out with in between days that has been dry. We've been teased too many times this year with temps from hi 70s to mid 50s today and of course more rain...I'll play as long as it is not completely down pouring...Umbrella, rain gear, caddytek and I'm ready to go!

Congrats...Watched it last night.... -
I've hit the 910d2 and if I had a choice for the latest technology that would be my #1 choice followed by the Burner Superfast 2.0... If you're looking for older models you can get a Burner Superfast 1.0 anywhere for less ~$150 just about anywhere.... Good luck on your findings....I have the same driver that you broke and I love it..

Ordered a Caddytek 13.5 push cart from TGW...And Golf Pride VDR grip for my 3 metal....Likey like... Can't wait to get it tomorrow. -
I can vouch for MyCaddie Pro...I've started using it this year and everything Yukari stated is correct. This free app is awesome and it does it job well without draining your battery life.

Adipure came out in 2010... I have the Powerband 3.0 that is a 2010 shoe also but who really cares about the year...If its comfortable rock 'em! :)

I'm 33, 5'10 180lbs.. this is officially the start of my 2nd year of playing golf seriously...I usually average between 240 - 250yds on good shots...I'm really contemplating on getting a driver fitted and compare results with my current stock driver.

Two outings ago for the first time I played a whole round on one ball....Its in my bag but I haven't used it since..Still playable but I wanted to keep it and save it as one of my collectors item. :)

I have a long list of things to improve on but will focus on 5 things. 1. Need to improve Driver alignment, which leads to more fairways. 2. Continue to work on pace of play...Slow down, stop feeling like I need to rush! 3. Shoot 44 or better on 9holes 4. Lag putting to ~3ft. 5. Shoot 89 or better consistently

I like that tip! Will take note of it at my next round...

I was one of the many who were able to get the PBS and I've been practicing very well with it... My last range session on Saturyday I was extremely pleased with the results. I've finally know how a flush shot feels and I am really impressed with this training aid. What I'm most impressed with lately is how consistent my shots have been from Driver down to my wedges. I have nothing but great things to say with the PBS, this thing does work wonders..Unfortunately some of you on the board here will have to make a homemade version... Cant wait to actually hit outside and see the ball flight....

My personal preference/opionion... In Wisconsin its either playing in cold or hot weather. I bought a pair of Izod golf pants last year...I wore it once and that was in March...Summer time I'm 100% shorts, in the middle of fall 2010 I bought some wind/rain pants, from October through November 2010, long undies and my wind/rain pants was by far the most comfortable...for me...
