  1. Its a great shaft. To be honest, its my first Hzrdus shaft. It is VERY stable. I was maybe a little surprised to see I could potentially play it.
  2. I was in my local Edwin Watts yesterday and their stock of pro v1 and pro v1x balls were completely wiped out for some reason. I don't know if their is a run on them but I did find it strange. I doubt people are panic buying. LOL
  3. Got to the course today and took the TSI2 18 degree out for a spin with the RDX black. it is a phenomenal club and the shaft performed quite well. It is a little left bias but I am ok with that. I am at a crossroads because I am not a heavy loader and my tempo is not quick but the shaft still seems to perform for me. I think I will see how it does with a tour spec Atmos blue to see if there is any big difference.
  4. I do not like grips with lines on them for this reason. My favorite grip is the golfpride 360 with no marks or lines on it. If you end up making adjustments to your club by lofting up/down then those alignment marks get changed but that would only really pertain to the woods or adjustable hybrids.
  5. He looks completely different. Not sure why he went with the clean shave but I must admit the beard is a better look for DJ.
  6. It is a great (very stable) shaft but I don't think the profile is right for me. I think I should have gone with the RDX Blue profile based on my swing characteristics but that is ok.
  7. When I got fitted for my TSi2 fairway wood the shaft I ended up in was a Project X HZRDUS Smoke Black RDX with HEXCEL HEXTOW near the tip section. Is this HEXCEL tech similar to the Fujikura VeloCore?
  8. Definitely interested in this. Thanks for the heads up.
  9. Kind of interesting to see the heartbeat but it is not something I see being heavily desired.
  10. I'll have to go with this. Nothing worse than being about 60y out and having a nice little SW and you end up chunking it. Total face palm.
  11. I could be wrong but I thought Rahm was gaming the Rossie S putter and not the two ball.
  12. This. Guy seemed a bit "off".
  13. I would echo what a lot of folks have already mentioned. Make sure your clubs are a good fit for you as far as loft and lie are concerned then lessons and practice. The initial goal would be don't worry where it goes at first but try to make good solid contact in the center of the face and once that happens you can start working on direction.
  14. I don't think you will see any performance difference between the two. Is there any difference between the face inserts? The newer version is more similar to a "spider like" head design.
  15. Pretty sure they are loft jacked. But just like you said, he still has to make the putt.
  16. What a duel!!!! Its got to be mentally challenging to watch your opponent drain putts from all over the place. Cantlay stuck to his game and never backed down. Hats off to both of them for putting on a great show.
  17. My golfspy has a pretty good review on the Garmin. If I remember correctly they said it has significant trouble with longer clubs.
  18. Adjusting for less loft would be good to experiment with. Just remember, when you go down in loft you also slightly open the club face.
  19. I should have specified a weight, but I am looking for something in the 73-75 weight range. So far I am going to check out the Mitsubishi Tensei AV Blue Raw, Fujikura Ventus Red, and Fujikura Atmos tour. I am not familiar with the Graphite design shafts at all.
  20. Play the ball as it lies is the rule----------unless its a very wet course and you can lift, clean, and place. Or if your ball comes to rest in an area considered ground under repair and you get a free drop, etc. I respect the rule. I just disagree with it.
  21. I am looking to put an 18 degree fairway wood (Titleist TSi2) in the bag to complete some gapping issues. I am looking for some good options for shafts. I play the Diamana TB in my driver and 3 wood and I RELLY like how smooth they feel. What else out there produces this same amount of smoothness with not crazy low torque? I am not a heavy loader. My driver swing speed is 105. I have been looking in the Mitsubishi and Fujikura line. Anything else I should be checking out? Thanks.
  22. LOL................These are my distances as well. Only exception is I don't carry a 3 iron. I have a 50* gap wedge I hit 100y, but like you I do not hit my 54* sand wedge or my 60* lob wedge with a full swing.
  23. What shaft did you get in it? I am going to go hit the TSi2 next week. I am looking for an 18 deg fairway and this is really ticking all of the boxes for me.
  24. I really like the way this putter rolls the ball and lines up. I like the lined version in the middle of the two balls. It would take a lot to get my Rossie out of the bag but I do really like the 2 ball ten.
