My opinions on how good a score is for myself, 74 and Under = Amazing 79-75 = Really good 80-83 = Pretty good 84 and above = Not so hot As for handicaps, I think if you are single digits you are pretty good.

Good idea haha Also, yes I do this with kids I haven't played with before or if its in a tournament or something. I don't like the "take the hat off" thing though..

Where to travel for some good golf?

Scottsdale has some amazing golf courses, but I'm not sure about prices during that time. However, during the summer the prices are very reasonable and you can play some really spectacular courses. -
The Europeans are looking really good. Americans always love the underdog so it's not a big deal, plus our captain still has game!

Ernie Els was really fun to see in the beginning of the year, but I definitely need to see Tiger hold a trophy soon.

This is the best part about playing early. If I'm by myself I can zoom around the course in 2 hours!

Yesterday on the 18th hole I had an awkward stance over the ball, it was below my feet and I had to move my shoulders almost over the ball. Ended up sticking my 9 iron to 5 feet, and made the putt for a 71 :)

40 putts per round is not going to get it done definitely work on getting that number down and you will start playing much better. Also, if anybody wants to lower their scores they should probably work on their short game.

So my goal for the summer/2010 was to break 80. Not only have I done that multiple times (including 1 in tournament play), today I shot 71 which is 1 under par. I love this game!

All my tournaments in the summer start at 8. During the school year its around 8 or 9, but it's so freakin hot in the summer you have to play in the morning.

Statistically, Tiger has to sleep on the lead Saturday night if he's going to win. I hope he does work tomorrow like he has shown to be capable of the past few days. Also, what a shot on 18 today!?!

I usually hit about 100 balls in a sesh starting with my PW and work my way up to driver, usually skipping a club here or there (i.e. PW-8-6-5-and so on). I usually think about getting that right shoulder down to get the down swing on a better path and shortening the back swing.
