  1. I only wear pants while golfing. I like pants...
  2. Yeah mate I watched this awhile back. What I found funny was that more Americans were shocked with part 1 - the segment on religion than the whole 9/11 conspiracy. The part on 9/11 really spun me out, I had no clue that there were so many questions that haven't been answered. I didn't even know that building 7 just collapsed? Great doco.
  3. No one is 5'9? I'm 5'9 around 77kg.
  4. With tempo I stay more balanced and I get distance with my longer clubs. It was frustrating getting the same distance with my 6i and 4i.
  5. Good stuff. I don't even bother with my driver atm. I just use my 5W, then usually a hybrid or 7i from there. At minimum track your score and putts everytime you go out there, find the weaknesses and work on them. IMO, At our level sometimes the score can be misleading to how you really played. There are times when I score 107 and left much happier then when I scored 100 on the same course. But my main priority at the moment is to become a more consistent ball striker, on average I usually grub one shot per hole, that bothers me more than making a three putt. (At the moment anyway)
  6. LMFAO! Don't know what I would of done if I saw that when I was 18. Probably would of ran home and curled up into the fetal position.
  7. Word. Just like finals time in any other sport you seperate the men from the boys.
  8. Meh...it's ok I guess. I don't really get the points system. I think a win at the barclays gets you 1000 points and a win in a major gets you 500??? Obviously it's there way to add some spark to golf once the majors are done. Kudos for trying.
  9. Which book have you been reading?
  10. Poulter's a good marketer and communicator, or he has a solid PR team. You can tell that dude would of been a good salesman if he wasn't a pro golfer.
  11. Neither, I wouldn't put Harrngton past Vijay or even Greg Norman. But he surpasses Furyk, Stricker, Couples and those consistent calibre players. (imo)
  12. The Majors in golf are similar to the majors in tennis. They bring the best of the best and the hype is all there so the pressure is huge. It would be far more nerve racking sinking that putt for the Masters than sinking the winning putt for the St Jude classic.
  13. That's a good point. What is the purpose of the conventional S&T; follow through?
  14. Hahah! Yeah well he is the pretty boy on the pga (fowler too).... still gotta win more though.
  15. Tiger Woods 7 iron at Pebble and Tiger out of the bunker with a 3 iron at the PGA I think. Those shots were ninja.
  16. Is he still going to wear kick ass J.Lindeberg clothing?
  17. J.Lindeberg has cool stuff.
  18. Watch this pretty interesting.
  19. This is what Ben Hogan does? I've been trying to do this too.
  20. I wouldn't say Haney ruined Tiger's swing but it didn't really help his game either. Cmon now, that's weak mate, Haney never took responsibility when Tiger played bad at the majors in 2009 (The open especially) not to mention he bailed on his pupil when the going got tough. Haney's weak as piss and if you're willing to ride on Tiger's coat tails when the good times roll you gotta be prepared to take the bad.
  21. Hell yeah! You can change that handicap on the bottom left now :)
  22. I had the exact problem. What I found was that I was swing harder with the 5i than my 7i. You just gotta work on your tempo. I bought tour tempo and started doing the exercises and voila! I got distance with my 5iron and 4 iron. That or you don't really have a consistent swing yet.
  23. Yeap. I think there biggest mistake was coining the term "Stack and Tilt" and showing how there swing is different from the modern one. You're always going to get massive criticism when you challenge the status quo.
  24. Hahah! that was some Happy Gilmore shit right there... far out.
  25. booya! S&t; ftw! :d
