  1. I would go with Ray Rice. He, no doubt, has the most upside. You can never rely on Steven Jackson. He'll either be pretty good or injured.
  2. That sounds like a Phillies fan... Just messin' with ya! Seriously though, are you sure that it's broken? I had some wrist problems crop up a while back and I thought it was carpal tunnel. I went to the doctor and he couldn't find anything wrong with it. Any pressure I put on it resulted in pretty excruciating pain. I finally realized it was my technique (the way I was holding my hand was putting my wrist in a bind) while playing bass. I changed that up a little and haven't had any trouble since. Is there anything you do on a regular basis that may be aggravating your wrist?

It has also been nice to see the Phillies without Utley and Howard

I was glad to hear that he's opting for rehab instead of retirement and I've thought from the beginning that Bobby would come back if they get close but don't win the series.
  5. Do a Rickie Fowler:
  6. Absolutely every time. It gives you a good, consistent lie.

    I suck.

I've been in the same situation over the past week. I went from hitting my irons like a champ and crushing my drives straight down the middle to spraying my drives and getting inconsistent contact with my irons. That put me more in the 90 boat, though...
  8. That is what I love about my Mizunos. I can tell when I mishit it and can tell about where on the face I missed. But, when I pure one, I just love the feel. Some people think it is too soft feeling, but I think it feels like catching a baseball right in the sweet spot on a bat. It just feels great.
  9. I don't have any direct experience with those clubs, but every Mizuno iron I've hit has been awesome, hence my sig. It will take a really sweet feeling iron to knock my MP-57s out of the bag and I'll be surprised if the set that does that isn't another set of Mizunos.
  10. Good job! I just love that feeling. You realize what is going wrong and you fix it, then from that point on you can't hit a bad shot if you want to.
  11. I would argue that all those facets of the game factor into potential, not just raw score. So, with that way of thinking, you reached your maximum potential when you started shooting the consistent scores and losing fewer golf balls.
  12. I've been playing for 10 years on a pretty consistent basis and I played all the way through high school. I've gotten better and played better this year than any year in the past. I've dropped a good 9-10 strokes from my handicap this season.
  13. Greens are near non-existent here. Of course, I'm from the same town as TN94z, so it has been said already. There are only two courses I've played recently whose greens are still all there and green for the most part.
  14. And they're off!
  15. They haven't teed off yet. I'm sitting at work with my laptop beside my and my desktop in front of me eagerly awaiting the round to start.
  16. Definitely some sort of wedge. All the reasons have been covered, it seems, so I'm just adding a little extra assurance.
  17. I can relate to this! I am in my last year, so my class schedule is pretty light and my free time will be abundant, but the money, not so much. On topic: My uncle works for a billboard company selling advertisements and he as well as most of the other people in his office get to play golf somewhat regularly.
  18. I love both my 3 wood and 3 iron. I used a 3 wood off the tee exclusively in high school. I no longer do that, and I've hit a bit of a rough patch in my relationship with mine lately, but I can fix that up, no problem. I LOVE my 3 iron. I used to have a set with a 3 hybrid and, oddly enough, couldn't hit the thing consistently to save my life, but I'm very consistent with my iron.
  19. If you do end up getting a new set of irons, let me know and I'll take those Eye 2 BeCu irons off your hands

True that. I'm a huge Braves fan and have been since I can remember. Chipper has been a part of that for nearly as long as I can remember as well. He is my favorite player of all time and always will be. He is the reason I wore number 10, he is the reason I played third base, he is the reason I wore high socks and then stopped, he is the reason Mizuno got my business when it came to baseball gear. They just don't make 'em like him anymore. I'd be surprised to see anybody dedicated enough to one team to make position changes and take pay cuts just to stay there these days.

The word has come in that his injury is a torn ACL. I hate to see him go out like that, but this may be it for him.
  22. The MP-T10s that they came out with are very nice wedges. I tried some out and really liked them, although, not enough to replace my old Vokeys.
  23. The greens are basically non-existent now. I played there last week and there is no grass left. It was in terrible shape. I hate to see that, too. When it was the Bear Trace, it used to be in such nice shape. They only charged me $10 for a round the other day. I found out why when I reached the first green. It really is a shame.
  24. I don't have any experience with them, but they look legit. Most of the fake sites you see are peddling fake clubs and clubs are the only things on the website.
  25. Not, that I keep up with it on a regular basis, but I can't really think of a time I've ever used the whole bag. The last round I played was on a short, straight course and I didn't use my 5W, 4i, 5i, 6i, or 56°.
