  1. I have a feeling in about 30 years I will be doing the same thing as you, my knee is constantly filling with flud if I hit it. I injured it really bad at hockey a few times and it hasn't been the same since. The man I play with had his knee operated on a few times, and hes a 2 handicap so hopefully it won't hurt your game too much. Good luck.
  2. When I was still growing, I had a set of ladies clubs, never had any problem hitting them. If you go with a men's club, replace the shaft, cutting it will not help.
  3. Course: Dundee Golf Resort, Dundee, Nova Scotia Hole: #4, 135 yards Club: 9 iron When: Summer 2006 Lucikly I'm not old enough to buy liquor, so my dad picked up the tab.
  4. What's Don's real job, please tell me it's not golf, dosen't sound like he's making money doing this.
  5. I never play a water ball, I don't ever want to play a water ball, if I don't have confidence in my swing to carry the water then I shouldn't be playing, if it goes in, so what, it's only a ball.
  6. I always have to put my car keys in my bag, and use a ball marker with the logo of my home course.
  7. It sounds weird, but I collect the bag tags from every course I play.
  8. 84, not gonna be too hard on myself this time of year though.
  9. A dismal 87...first round of the year tho, the course is dry but pretty brown, just happy to get out.
  10. To bad Montreal didn't make it, I have made a trip there everyear for the past 10 years to see a couple games. Very fun building to watch hockey in. I want Tampa or Buffalo to win, mostly to help me in a pool, but I like both teams offensive guns.
  11. I work at a sports store, discounts on everything except golf balls
  12. When I was about 12, I was bringing the cart to my partner so he could get his clubs, the grass was wet and i slid into him from behind and plowed him over. He was sore for the rest of the day but he turned out fine. Last year my friend and I were playing and another case with wet grass, we did a few 360's and a few power slides.
  13. I am glad the winning score was over par, but I would not like to see it happen every year. I would much rather see about 4 or 5 guys batteling for the win than a runaway low score while everyone else is shotting over par.
  14. Going by your handicap, I am willing to bet she is better than you.. The only kind of TV show I can see her doing would be a host on a show. Maybe one showing off great courses, and her interviewing and playing a round with people at the club.
  15. We were going to get high-def this week, but the cable company never came and we can't get it until next week . My dad and I will still watch it, like always, just hoping Sunday won't get interrupted because of Easter.
  16. I keep it in my head relative to par, but always put my score on the scorecard.
  17. I wish I could play year round, nothing opens here until May 1st. Northern Florida wouldn't be to bad, I would think most weeks are playable. Maybe only a few weeks in winter.
  18. I have played Highland Links here in Nova Scotia, it is about 2 hours from my house and we would play every weekend. It was ranked the #1 public course in Canada a few years ago.
  19. I buy new, but when things are either on sale or last year's model's. I can't afford a $400 club every few years, so I wait until its $200.
  20. Most of my clubs match now, but that is always subject to change. It just worked out this way, I don't only try and buy one brand but I want to get whatever will help my game the most and what I feel comftorable with.
  21. I would like to see Weir win, a good Canadian boy, but the way he's playing lately it dosen't seem like it's going to happen.. Other than that I would love to see Duval win, or even regain some of his former glory.
  22. I don't have enough money to be buying new equipment every few months, so most stuff lasts a few years. I will replace something major every year so most clubs are no more than 3-4 years old, unless I really like them.
  23. When I play in the morning I usually get blueberry loaf and apple or orange juice. When I play in the afternoon I get a hot dog, mars bar, and lemonade.
  24. I have a Titleist 905S, which i got during the winter so I am yet to play a round with it, but I did hit it during a demo day last year and hit it quite well, and the few shots I have taken in my yard have been nice.
  25. Last July I got my first hole in one, the best part was that my father was there with me, he usually has to work but he took the day off to come play. I think he was more excited than me because he got me started playing when I was little.
