I've been trying to push forward longer on the inside of the right foot. Now the inside of my right knee has a sharp pain. You hear of this before MVMAC?

Early extension is destroying my tee game. Any good drills to help this with the driver?

Few things and a few ways to go about it.  First thing would be to feel the head stay "on the wall" on the downswing make some exaggerated practice swings like this.  That'll help that right foot as well.

Also the shoulders are turning a little too shallow, too level to the ground.  So there's too much around and not enough down, causes the shaft gets pointing too far to the right and you EE to compensate.
