So i normally play a Titleist NXT Tour but I've tried the Callaway HX Tour and like them. Also heard some good things about Srixon balls. What's the best ball they have? hoping to get as much distance as i can, i seem to be able to play with anything around the greens. Thanks!

You might as well forget the concept of "distance balls", distance balls mean less spin around the green and almost no gain in distance.

What is your Swing Speed? How good of a ball striker are you?

Srixons Z-URS and Z-URC are their tour balls.

If you want distance, I really don't think anything beats the Callaway HX Hot.

As far as Srixon's go, try the Srixon TriSpeed (not their top ball, but a ton of distance)

Srixon makes a great tour ball if you're looking to spend that much. I haven't tried their mid level balls, but I can't imagine them being better than the NXT-Tour.

I tried the Srixon Trispeed today and I was really impressed with the way I could stop them on the greens. They seem to have a higher trajectory than the Pro V1, e6 or HX Hot. I got good distance but there wasn't much wind to mess with the higher ball flight. I'll give them another try Sunday or Monday.

I like the NXT Tours.

They do tend to shred on wedge shots though. I have had strings of cover on my ball and can even hear the shredded sound as it goes through the air.
