Bought a new Byron Morgan putter

I'd been thinking about changing over from my Scotty Studio Design for several months, and finally settled on a Byron Morgan 006. Oil Can finish, 34" and 355g, blue Iomic midsize grip - this thing is a beauty.

I just tried it on the practice green for a little while; the feel is so sweet when you hit the sweet spot, just like butter. Got used to it pretty quickly - can't wait to put it in play this weekend!

Here are some pictures that Steve at Byron Design had taken; I'll put up some of mine later when I get a chance.

Sure, Steve at Byron listed it

here ; the 006 is around $300 - $330. If you get a custom made one, I believe handstamping adds around $25; then some more for a few other options but that should give you an idea.

I've heard nothing but high praise for these wands.

I'd love a carbon steel putter finished this way.

Check eBay or Puttertalk.com; Byron makes 'em with various finishes and then sends them to his sales guys, who then post in those two places.

yeah, i am a member at PT, so i have been checking that out quite a bit. Do you know if can order an oil can through his website?

Don't know about the website. I bought it from Z-Man on PT, email him directly to see what he has available, and how you can get an oil can through him.
