You can buy the "official" replacement cleats from adidas:

http://shop.adidasgolf.com/products/L06059

or from TGW or golfsmith as well:
http://www.tgw.com/customer/category...2/refScid/1258

You can also usually get softspike pulsars or black widows and whatnot, you just need to double check the threading style before you buy, I can't tell you how many people come in to my store and just buy a set of spikes never looking at the packaging to see what styles they even fit (Small metal thread, large plastic thread, Q-fit, new Adidas style [2010 and newer]...etc) A lot of these cleats have a picture of the thread next to the packaging on sites like golfsmith/TGW.

If I remember right, any adidas cleat featuring the thin-tech design released this year or after will have a "new" thread style, kind of like Q-fit for nike's. So depending on your shoe you may have to look at the back for "Fits all adidas shoes 2000-2009". I think on the back of some of the pulsars (depending on thread) "Fits Etonic styles produced before 2002, All Footjoy, Nike shoes produced before 2004...etc"
