Golf Cart dingers...

On my father's cart ran, I thru/into an exposed tree root, causing steering alignment issues. Just one tire hit it, but at a high speed. Was still driveable, could steer it, but the wheel had to be turned off-center. Looks like the streering rod(?) linkage bent abit, anybody have a an electric 4-wheel cart with similar issues in the past and a dollar figure on it?
Can't be more than repairs on full sized autos.....

Could be a simple alignment issue or could be a bent wheel. Not sure where you are located but around here I'd call a couple courses and ask if their maintenance shop does repairs on privately owned golfcars, or just go there in person and ask someone in the repair shed in person. Other than that some lawnmower shops could probably handle the job and would probabl have a standard shop rate charge book once they know what the issue is.

I won't ask if you are trying to get this fixed before your dad finds out. 8-)
